It is this expertise and commitment that has earned the trust of customers worldwide in our measurement technology – simply put, innovators work with Kistler.Position Purpose The Head of Sales Center IT is responsible for the sales performance and business development of Kistler products in the assigned countries. Management of the different strategic business fields. He/she will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Region West.Typical dayResponsibility for all operational business in the assigned countries, especially sales activities according to budget and yearly planning (including trade fairs, promotional campaigns, etc.)Heading the office KIT managing all staff.Meets the defined sales targets and KPI in a defined sales territory.Develops and implements a sales strategy in conjunction with the Regional management.Provides advice on the appropriate application of each company product.Actively in contact with major main customers.Increases MKT activities and Kistler visibility into the local market.Collects and shares info about local competitors and their strategies on field.Business planning: Installing the yearly planning like budget for cost control. Review of financials every Tertial (4‑month cycle) with Board of Directors.Keep the CM %, DSO and costs under control following the assigned COSTS targets and profitability.Implement the right and adequate SERVICE activities, obtaining the right book and bill every month.Managing the sales process and manage and guide the local staff. Evaluate the performance of the territories and manage deviations to get on track and achieve budget.Visits and communicates to key customers/OEM directly regarding price, delivery, or resolution of technical issues.Establishing a planning and implementation schedule so that the activities of the sales individuals in the territory are transparent. Implement matrix structure, so market segments and territorial responsibilities are clear.Takes care of the expansion of business, both in new application fields and in all territories under his/her management.Monthly review of the sales and project status with the sales staff. Report of results regularly.Organises quarterly sales review meetings and coordinates training of staff with the HQ resources.MTP and Forecasting activities together wil local department heads.Direct management of 4/5 key accounts (main customers).Involvement in Regional activities when requested, part of Regional Mgmt Team.Active member of local industrial associations, seeks actively networking opportunities.ProfileEngineer with technical, managerial, and marketing education.Communication abilities and understanding of the sales and marketing process.Leadership and team building capabilities, potential for general management.Strategic thinker and efficient doer (vision and action, creator with perseverance).Computer skills in understanding and using personal computers.Reliable and optimistic, self‑motivated, creative, and disciplined personality.Willing to develop and improve the knowledge not only on the Kistler sensors and systems but also the applications to provide a more complete service and consultancy to the customers.Strong willingness to travel and commitment to develop new key customers and increase the sales turnover in the allocated territory.Support the events and the strategies of the management to help KIT on the achievement of the global results.B‑class driving license with a clean record.Language skills: English and Italian as mandatory (C1 or C2 level), German nice to have.Domicile in the vicinity of the office required.What you can expect from usIndividual induction training by colleagues or your personal mentor.Opportunity to contribute and develop yourself and your expertise.A secure job with an excellent working atmosphere in a family‑run company.Various additional company benefits.Place of work: Kistler Italy.Seniority Level DirectorEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustry Measuring and Control Instrument ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kistler Group by 2×.#J-18808-Ljbffr
