Descrizione del ruoloSi ricerca unProject Manager Fotovoltaicoper guidare e supportare progetti PV in Italia. La persona selezionata gestirà tutte le fasi dei progetti assegnati lungo il loro ciclo di vita, assicurando il completamento nei tempi e nel budget previsti, riducendo i rischi e massimizzando i margini.ResponsabilitàCollaborare con il team di sviluppo per svolgere tutte le attività dal RTB alla fase “shovel-ready”, lavorando proattivamente per ottenere i permessi secondari mancanti.Gestire lo sviluppo dell’impianto fotovoltaico dalla fase di avvio del sito fino al completamento finale.Coordinare e gestire le revisioni ingegneristiche del progetto.Gestire budget e flussi di cassa.Interagire direttamente con DNO / TSO per garantire la connessione alla rete degli impianti di generazione.Verificare la conformità agli standard di qualità durante le attività di costruzione.Supervisionare la conformità della costruzione al progetto approvato.Garantire qualità e rispetto delle tempistiche nella costruzione, sviluppo e chiusura dei progetti.Gestire tutti gli stakeholder locali (proprietari terreni, società EPC, ecc.).Monitorare e gestire la timeline del progetto.Implementare una strategia di gestione dei rischi per tutti i progetti assegnati.Comunicare con le autorità competenti in merito a interconnessione, permessi e conformità normativa durante la costruzione.Identificare potenziali problemi e adottare misure preventive; definire azioni correttive per mitigare i rischi.Redigere report periodici per il management.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria, Energie Rinnovabili, Project Management o discipline affini (preferibile Master).Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi di infrastrutture o impianti rinnovabili su larga scala (fotovoltaico, eolico, storage o ibridi).Esperienza comprovata nel coordinamento di team multidisciplinari e stakeholder in contesti internazionali o regionali.Conoscenza dei principi di finanziamento dei progetti, processi di procurement e framework commerciali energetici (PPA).Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative, con attitudine a influenzare senza autorità diretta.Padronanza di strumenti di project management (es. MS Project, Primavera o simili) e del pacchetto Microsoft Office.Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese; altre lingue regionali costituiscono un plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
