Product Assurance Manager – InstitutionalPosition Product Assurance Manager – InstitutionalLocation Turin – ItalyJob Description Ensure compliance with project requirements and document deviations when necessary.Carry out activities in compliance with the Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards and Regulations.Maintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative for all relevant PA matters.Represent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for relevant PA matters.Establish and update the Project PA Plan in compliance with PA requirements, ensuring its correct implementation throughout the Project.Manage Non-Conformities according to applicable requirements and processes, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer.Coordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Requirements and/or Plan are correctly flowed down at all levels.Prepare Quality documents under PA responsibility and verify/approve other project Quality documents.Report Quality aspects to the Customer, the PMO and management.Participate in internal and Customer Project meetings and reviews, providing Quality contribution when necessary.Formalize, capitalize and promote lessons learned.Exercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processes.Ensure Risk Management processes are well executed and provide proactive contributions.Ensure continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented.Participate in transversal activities, contributing to improve best practices, coaching and supporting younger and less experienced colleagues.Main Interfaces TAS Project Manager and Project teamCustomer PA Manager and Project teamQ representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable.Required Experiences And Skills 7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have).5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA).Deep knowledge of ECSS.Capability to effectively interface at management level.Very good communication and negotiation skills.Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate.Proactivity, open-mindedness.Fluency in English.At Thales Alenia Space we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
