The pioneering system engages all 5 – 6 tiers of the supplier ecosystem to create unprecedented traceability using Fibercoins. As we now scale our operations, we are looking for world‑class talent to strengthen our regional teams. We are currently expanding our customer engagement team in Italy and are looking for strong customer service specialists who want to be part of the revolution in creating sustainable and traceable supply chains in the fashion and textile industry. Responsibilities You will play a key role in training and on‑boarding the suppliers and providing support wherever necessary to all suppliers based in Italy. You will be required to revise and translate documents. You will be required to collaborate closely with global project managers and other project team members. The ability to build strong customer relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds is a key prerequisite. Strong communication skills & willingness to listen with an open mind will be key to succeed in this role. You would also be collaborating internally with the product team, providing inputs from the users to improve the product. Qualifications The role requires you to have: 1–2+ years of work experience in textile industry, certification body or in sustainability domain, familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain. Good knowledge of sustainable textile materials will be a plus. Customers focus with good oral and written communication to drive results. Ability to take ownership, strong “can‑do” attitude and good problem‑solving skills. Proficient in data analysis with extensive experience of using MS Office tools. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not a must. Good knowledge of sustainable textile materials will be a plus; basic knowledge is a must. Experience of working with Certification Body (GRS/RCS /RWS /OCS etc.). Transaction Certification or supply chain traceability is a plus but not a must. Fluent in Italian and English. French or Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
