Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as an Associate Director - Customer Partner - IT Services with Kyndryl? We're looking for a dynamic individual like you, who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. In this role, you'll have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.

But this position is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As an Associate Director - Customer Partner - IT Services, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.

You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities

-Own and manage account P&L for strategic IT services accounts.
-Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability across offerings, including any one of the following IT business areas: Cybersecurity & Resiliency, Data & AI, Cloud Services, Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Mainframe (ZSeries) & Cloud, or Network & Edge.
-Develop and execute account strategies tailored to customer needs.
-Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
-Identify and qualify new opportunities, expanding scope and capabilities.
-Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless solutions.

Collaboration is key, and as an Associate Director - Customer Partner - IT Services you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.
