We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (IC) Associate / Senior Associate who can join our multicultural team in Noida, IndiaJob DescriptionSr. Executive - F&A (AP)Experienced F&A (AP) professional with global experienceMust have good knowledge for AP DomainManage PO & Non-PO Invoice Processing for Intercompany and Third-party Suppliers :Perform 3‑way / 2‑way matchMonitor Purchase Orders and liaise with procurement team for PO receipting / GRN and resolving PO discrepanciesMust has knowledge about application of appropriate taxes / VAT on invoicesManage Invoice payment process as per payments calendar including BACS, WIRE / Foreign and EFT paymentsManage Invoice helpdesk (queries from internal and external stake holder regarding AP)Manage Accruals (book & reverse accruals) for Project & non‑project activitiesProcess T&E expense in ERP on behalf of employeesAudit T&E reports submitted by employees to ensure complianceManage payment process for T&E expensesProcess accounts payable adjustments for errors or omissionsCreate and produce accounts payable‑related reports for management or other reviewPerforming vendor and account reconciliations, open balances analysis and otherAP month‑end activitiesIn addition to the above-mentioned tasks the jobholder may be asked from time to time to assist with other activities within GBSPrepare preliminary and Final Reconciliation for FRS uploadCommunicates with entity point of contact for the open items clearances pending in reconciliationPrepares and post the journal entry related to the identified reconciling itemsEscalates resolution of outstanding reconciling items based on escalation matrix if no response is received from entity POCYou are meant for this job if :You are Post Graduate / Graduate in Finance with 3 - 5 years of experienceYou have excellent working knowledge of Global Business Finance ProcessesShould be a subject matter expert on AP activitiesMust have sound knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint & Excel)Must Have GEOS / Oracle ExperienceLeadership CompetenciesAct with AgilityAdopt a Growth MindsetDrive AccountabilityBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
