Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Technician responsible for the installation, commissioning, routine and extraordinary maintenance , and overall technical support of packaging machinery at customer sites across Italy, with occasional international travel as well as at our production center in Germany. He will provide consultancy on conversions, upgrades, and modernization of machinery. Machine operator training will be provided. The technician will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring efficient and professional service. Key Requirements Full training as a mechatronics technician , electronics technician , industrial mechanic , or similar (preferably with technical background) Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial packaging sector (primary and secondary) as a field service engineer Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad Strong technical skills , including: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting. Reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Using measuring instruments and workshop equipment.
