Sei una persona curiosa, proattiva e appassionata di tematiche HR?Vuoi contribuire concretamente alla crescita di un plant industriale in forte evoluzione appartenente ad un contesto multinazionale?HR Trainee – Plant Transformation & People Developmentda inserire all’interno della Direzione Risorse Umane, a supporto dell’HR Manager del plant, per partecipare attivamente alle attività di gestione e sviluppo del personale durante una fase di importante trasformazione organizzativa e di business.Attività principali Supporto operativo alle attività HR di plant (presenze, reportistica, documentazione del personale, aggiornamento database)Collaborazione nei progetti di sviluppo, formazione e comunicazione internaPartecipazione ad attività di engagement e change management , contribuendo al percorso di integrazione e cambiamento in attoInterazione quotidiana con il personale operativo di stabilimento e con i responsabili di linea, favorendo un clima di collaborazione e dialogoSupporto nelle attività di ricerca e selezione per posizioni di fabbrica e impiegatizie.Requisiti Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche, psicologiche o affiniInteresse e conoscenze di base in ambito HR e organizzazione aziendaleOttima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e mindset digitaleBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseSpiccate doti relazionali, capacità di ascolto e approccio proattivoCuriosità, entusiasmo e disponibilità a lavorare a stretto contatto con l’ambiente produttivo.Offerta Tirocinio extracurriculare della durata di 6 mesiInserimento in un contesto multinazionale in evoluzione, con opportunità di apprendimento e crescita professionale#J-18808-Ljbffr
