The purpose of the position is to create user guides, instruction manuals, online training materials, new features documents and how-to guides.What will you be doing?Development, production, and delivery of information products as part of our software applications.Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.Maintain, and upgrade information for users.Revise current information for users for existing products and create information for users for new products.Translate technical information into web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.Create and maintain user assistance deliverables, such as online help systems, user manuals, administration guides, installation guides, and release notes or bulletins.Provide recommendations for improvement; proofread texts to correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.Identify required user assistance content by analyzing functional specifications and collaborating with subject matter experts.Contribute to internal process improvements and other duties, as assigned.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in technical writing.Knowledge of image capture tools (e.g., Snagit) is advantageous.Strong communication skills with cross-disciplinary teams (developers, product owners, testers).Experience in architecting complex documents and documentation sets.English language proficiency.Experience working in agile, cross-functional software development teams is preferred.Proficiency with documentation templates and style guidelines for consistent visuals and structure.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Dita XML; ability to lead technical writing projects.Experience writing and editing information for Online Help, UI Text, User Guides, Configuration Guides, Release Notes, and Functional Specifications.Experience in a web-based content management system environment.What we offerMindfulness and Wellness: premium access to the Calm app for you and your family.Hourly flexibility and agile work arrangements for work-life balance.Paid volunteering: 3 paid days per year with potential to align with company donations.Employee Assistance Program for mental well-being support.OnTrack program for physical wellness and global collaboration.Continuing education: access to on-demand digital courses.Health insurance: supplemental coverage with 24/7 medical care.Meal vouchers: €8 per day.Exclusive discounts and development incentives.Eligibility and privacy notices: The announcement is addressed to all eligible candidates in compliance with applicable laws.
