We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our team at LightScene Studio, lighting design firm based in Milan. The candidate should be a highly professional individual with exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. They must be resourceful, conscientious, and dedicated to their work, with a strong attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Qualifications 5‑7 years of experience in lighting design, with a strong understanding of the field across different project types A proven ability to lead and direct a team of lighting professionals Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and 3D modeling software Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A deep appreciation for design communication and the ability to translate concepts into reality Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively Responsibilities Completing all phases of lighting design projects, from initial conception to final execution Provide guidance and reviewing to junior lighting designers and interns Develop creative lighting solutions that meet client briefs, budgets, and standards Participate in client and design team meetings, potentially involving travel Conduct technical tasks such as lighting calculations, research fixture options, review samples, and build mockups Preparing the project presentation Plan and execute lighting mockups as needed throughout the project lifecycle Analyze cost estimates and adjust designs to meet budgetary constraints Monitor construction progress, issue field reports, and oversee the final installation and programming of lighting systems Salary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience Eligibility to work in Italy without sponsorship Please send your CV along with your portfolio to: with subject “Senior Lighting Designer Application” #J-18808-Ljbffr
