We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and support sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management:
Plan and develop seasonal marketing campaigns following the overall brand strategyExecution and operative responsibility for international marketing campaignsPlanning and coordinating of national marketing activities in main and emerging markets in cooperation with local colleagues and in alignment with the international brand objectivesMonitor and analyze the campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize effectivenessProduct Marketing:
Create compelling product messaging and positioning for Wild Country's climbing gear and equipmentDevelop marketing materials, including workbooks, lookbooks, and digital assetsWork closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefitsSocial Media Management & Athletes Management:
Oversee Wild Country's social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagementDevelop innovative strategies to grow our social media following and increase brand awarenessManage relationships with sponsored athletes and ambassadorsCollaborate with athletes to create engaging content and storytelling opportunitiesCommunication & PR:
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and press relations.Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials.Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.International Business Support:
Support online business initiatives, including e-commerce marketing and digital advertising.Work closely with the international sales teams to develop trade marketing activities and support materials for international wholesale partners.Collaborate with our retail partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and promotions.ProfileBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and campaign developmentProven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the outdoor industry or a related fieldStrong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departmentsPassion for outdoor adventure and familiarity with the climbing community are preferredWorkplace: Bolzano, ITJoin us at Wild Country and be part of a team that's passionate about adventure and dedicated to helping climbers reach new heights.
