Purpose of the position: As Quality Record Controller, you will respond to the Quality Control Manager and be part of the Energy Carriers within job Bioraffineria di Venezia. You will manage and support 10 people. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: Ensures, jointly with the QCS (Quality Control Supervisors), the completion of the Inspection and Test Records by system or as required, highlighting any outstanding quality control activities to be performed to enable project completion as required. Supports the Quality Control Manager for QA/QC dossiers preparation to satisfy milestone target dates collecting the quality record documents issued in conformity with the quality control plans approved for the project. Accordingly, to the organizational set-up of the project, ensures the timely data entry in the QA/QC tools. Accordingly, to the organizational set-up of the project, supervises the activities of the resources dedicated to upload the data into the QA/QC tool. Experience: 5 years as a similar role within oil and gas. Languages: Italian and English. Technical Skills: Data model databases designing and implementing and architecture, Digital Transformation and Innovative Market Solution Applications, Document Control, Continual Improvement, Management of quality Certification Activities, Process analysis, redesign methods and develop procedures, Project quality activities, Quality Management System, Quality training, Quality control activitie. IT Skills: Database Management, System Administration. What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for.
