We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our cosmetic brand, managing it end-to-end, from product development to market execution, working closely with Sales and Management.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute brand strategy, positioning and annual marketing plansManage product development and product marketing, from concept to claims, storytelling and key messagesLead new product launches and go-to-market activitiesOversee brand communication and content across online and offline channelsCoordinate external agencies and freelancers (creative, digital, PR, social, influencers)Supervise website content, social media and influencer marketingDevelop trade marketing tools and sales materials (presentations, POS, displays)Work closely with the sales team, supporting sell-in and participating in client meetings and brand presentationsQualificationsExperience in brand management or marketing, preferably in cosmetics or beautyStrong understanding of product development and go-to-market processesStrategic mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approachStrong organizational and communication skillsFluent in EnglishSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesPersonal Care Product Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
