Brand & Marketing Manager - Cosmetics

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our cosmetic brand, managing it end-to-end , from product development to market execution, working closely with Sales and Management. Key Responsibilities Define and execute brand strategy, positioning and annual marketing plans Manage product development and product marketing, from concept to claims, storytelling and key messages Lead new product launches and go-to-market activities Oversee brand communication and content across online and offline channels Coordinate external agencies and freelancers (creative, digital, PR, social, influencers) Supervise website content, social media and influencer marketing Develop trade marketing tools and sales materials (presentations, POS, displays) Work closely with the sales team, supporting sell-in and participating in client meetings and brand presentations Qualifications Experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in cosmetics or beauty Strong understanding of product development and go-to-market processes Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in English Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries Personal Care Product Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
