Striker - Store Activator - Pisa / Viareggio

Within the Sales team, our Strikers are responsible for customer relationships and negotiation with Retail accounts in specific geographical areas.Our Strikers must achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull products to enable maximum sales.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Territory Coverage : Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimal frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Management and development of the designated area.Perfect Store : Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging. Building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication. Influencing decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.Stock Management : Influencing store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability. Ensuring a fair stock level to secure proper range availability and visibility to consumers.POS Management : Securing and improving the in-store presence of Red Bull. Placement of POS material, ensuring correct siting and maintenance in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts. Ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.Administration and Reporting : Measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics with digital tools. Completing all administrative tasks accurately and on time.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Growth Mindset and proactive approach.Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially managing ethnic point of sales. Knowledge of English is required.Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.Experience in FMCG is a plus.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Valid driving license.Red Bull S.r.l. promotes equal opportunities.
