Proud member of Borsa Italiana’s ELITE program since 2019, we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. ⚡Key AccountabilitiesThe Procurement Specialist plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic suppliers at both national and international levels, with a particular focus on the PV market.This role ensures alignment with company procurement policies and strategic project objectives, supporting the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.The ideal candidate will have strong technical competencies to communicate with international PV suppliers and contribute to optimizing purchasing flows within renewable energy projects.Minimum RequirementsIdentification and qualification of new suppliers in both domestic and international PV marketsExecution of market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive sourcing processes (RFQ/RFP)Negotiation of commercial terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and contract conditionsDrafting and administration of supply contracts, in collaboration with the Legal departmentMonitoring supplier performance and managing quality issues or non-conformitiesSupporting the definition and implementation of mid-to-long-term procurement strategies aligned with technical and sustainability goalsExperience managing international tenders and sourcing projectsStrong cost-benefit analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), and vendor evaluation capabilitiesKnowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and incotermsFamiliarity with CAPEX procurement for large-scale infrastructure projectsSolid understanding of EPC procurement logic and project-driven sourcingIf you hold an engineering degree and have worked in the energy or solar industry, that’s a big plusSoft SkillsExcellent intercultural communication and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem‑solving orientationPrecision and attention to detail in both technical and administrative aspectsHigh degree of autonomy, accountability, and ownership of responsibilitiesAdaptability and resilience in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environmentsThe selection will be conducted in full respect of the principles of equal opportunity and DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).Seniority level : Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type : Full‑timeJob function : Supply Chain#J-18808-Ljbffr
