Siamo alla ricerca di un Country Manager per il mercato italiano, che sarà basato negli uffici di Milano.
**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
Sarà responsabile della vision, della strategia, dello sviluppo della comunicazione, delle capacità di gestione, dei valori nella Country. È responsabile del budget, delle previsioni, della generazione dei ricavi, degli obiettivi di vendita e delle responsabilità in materia di profitti e perdite. Inoltre, prepara i budget e contribuisce ai piani aziendali generali, all'identificazione dei potenziali clienti, all'implementazione e alla valutazione dei processi commerciali e di vendita.
**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Il Country Manager, sarà responsabile di: sviluppare strategie che rispondano alle tendenze del mercato e alle esigenze dei clienti; migliorare i processi aziendali giorno per giorno; effettuare incontri con i clienti chiave attuali e potenziali; motivare, far crescere e gestire i team; rappresentare l'azienda nel mercato italiano in occasione di eventi esterni, parlare con la stampa e altri stakeholder.
Sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle questioni relative al personale: reclutamento, formazione, sviluppo e mantenimento dei dipendenti.
Lavorando a stretto contatto con il CEO/GMT per monitorare e rivedere le prestazioni e i KPI, riferirà alla sede centrale dell'azienda tutte le informazioni relative ai dipartimenti legale, finanziario e marketing.
Il country manager agisce come persona di contatto con i partner legali e contabili locali, avendo una responsabilità generale per i contratti.
