In this remote-based Account Manager role within Rhythm Management, you will support the Divisional Manager to drive the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio in Emilia-Romagna. You will execute regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and identify growth opportunities to expand market share. You will collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and support OR procedures, tendering, and contract negotiations. This is a long‑term opportunity in a growing division with strong training and cross‑functional exposure.Permanent contractBase salary + incentivesTeam‑oriented company cultureBenefits packagesExcellent training/development programsJoining a growing company and division for a long‑term projectDrive regional market share growth with a strong commercial focusExecute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders with cross‑functional teams (FCS, SAM, KAM, RSM)Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the territoryManage end‑to‑end sales process including account planning, pricing strategies, and contractsCollaborate with KAMs, FCS, and Inside Sales to develop tailored Account Action Plans (therapy and clinical)3‑4 years in medical device or pharmaceutical commercial activities with mandatory knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management products or clinical supportOR procedure support experience valuedStrong knowledge of local healthcare markets and hospital decision‑makingBackground in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferredSkilled in tender preparation and engaging with purchasing departmentsStrong business acumen with experience in planning and executing sales strategiesExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishPositive attitude, highly motivated, team‑orientedWillingness to travel regionally and nationallyStakeholder Relationship ManagementClinical Insight & Patient Pathway Understanding#J-18808-Ljbffr
