W Florence è alla ricerca di un/una Security & Loss Prevention Manager responsabile della pianificazione, direzione e supervisione di tutte le attività di sicurezza, loss prevention e antincendio della struttura, in piena conformità con gli Standard di Brand Marriott International, le Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs), i requisiti delle Brand Safety Audits (BSA), gli audit di Fire & Life Safety (FLS) e con tutte le normative e leggi locali applicabili. Il ruolo ha l’obiettivo di proteggere ospiti, dipendenti, visitatori e asset della proprietà, garantendo un ambiente di ospitalità di lusso sicuro, protetto e discreto, in linea con lo stile distintivo del brand W. Il/La Security & Loss Prevention Manager adotta un approccio proattivo alla gestione e mitigazione dei rischi, mantenendo al contempo una forte attenzione all’esperienza dell’ospite e al servizio, supportando la filosofia del brand. Mansioni: Garantire la piena conformità agli standard Marriott LSOPs, BSA e Fire & Life Safety; Collaborare con il reparto Engineering per garantire che i sistemi di rilevazione, allarme, spegnimento incendi ed evacuazione rispettino gli standard Marriott e che i i programmi di manutenzione preventiva e test siano documentati e conformi. Guidare e documentare esercitazioni di emergenza; Sviluppare e implementare strategie proattive di loss prevention per ridurre furti, ammanchi, frodi, vandalismo e danni alla proprietà; Condurre valutazioni del rischio in tutte le aree del resort, incluse camere, aree pubbliche, aree wellness, back-of-house e residenze; Supervisionare i sistemi di sorveglianza (CCTV), controllo accessi, gestione delle chiavi e monitoraggio degli allarmi; Agire come primo responsabile e coordinatore in tutte le situazioni di emergenza; Assicurare che tutti gli incidenti siano correttamente segnalati e documentati;
