Specifically, when you join the Strategy & Value Chain Transformation team in Bologna , you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market‑leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey. Specifically, you will be tasked with: Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business; Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post‑transformation performance; Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives; Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: Master's degree in Management Engineering; Similar experience of 2+ years, preferably gained in consulting and/or multinational environments; Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities; Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
