Job Description As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our hotel's guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in customer service and relations. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable handling confidential information.
