Job Title and Location Technical Support Next Generation Sequencing – Remote (Ideally at Florence, Rome or Napoli) • Palermo, IT Novogene is a leading global provider of genomic services and solutions. Leveraging the latest next‑generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics expertise, and the largest sequencing capacity in the world, Novogene provides unsurpassed data quality and fast turnaround time to all our customers. We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support covering Southern Europe. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Communicate with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities, completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets. Timely communicate with customers to solve pre‑sales problems and provide customers with solutions when necessary. Support the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information. Support dynamic research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial science and technologies. Travel when required to support client meetings and company events. Support other business requirements when needed. Qualifications and Skills PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, and related majors. Experience in high‑throughput sequencing is preferred. Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills. Proactive with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills.
