Our mission: Help every student learn smarter, score higher, and actually enjoy the process. We’re now bringing Educato to Italy and we’re looking for someone who can help us expand our presence throughout the country.Your RoleYou’ll own the go-to-market for Italy end-to-end, working closely with our global team to adapt our playbook to the Italian market. With your deep understanding of Italian student life and the education ecosystem, you’ll shape our market entry strategy—from understanding students and mapping their journeys to launching partnerships and building our social and community presence.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket research & strategy: Identify segments, map learner journeys, and shape positioning. Build clear launch plans with timelines and channel strategies.Creator & partner growth: Find and secure collaborations with Italian creators, educators, universities, and communities. Maintain a pipeline and track impact (reach, sign‑ups, CAC, ROI).Social & community building: Launch and grow Educato Italy on TikTok, Instagram, etc. Build and moderate learner communities (Discord, Telegram) and run ambassador programs.Content launch readiness: Ensure listings, landing pages, FAQs, and comms are accurate, localized, and ready to convert.User insights & product feedback: Run interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Share insights with Product to drive improvements and close the loop with learners.Post‑launch growth & reporting: Nurture relationships with partners, scale winning channels, and report on KPIs to the team so we can double down on what works.What You’ll BringMust‑HaveNative or fluent Italian, plus very strong EnglishProven experience with influencer/creator marketing and partnerships in ItalyTrack record of building and engaging online communities and social channelsComfort running user research and turning insights into clear actionsAble to own KPIs and make data‑driven growth decisionsComfortable operating as a versatile generalist in a fast‑paced startup; excellent prioritization and project managementGenuine interest in education and helping students succeedNice‑to‑HaveKnowledge of Italy’s exam landscape (concorsi pubblici, esame avvocato, medicina, etc.)Experience with paid social, performance marketing, or lifecycle/CRM campaignsExperience taking a product from 0→1 in a marketBasic creative skills (Canva, Figma) and landing page builder know‑howWhy Join Educato?Make a real impact: Your work will directly shape how Italian students prepare for life‑changing examsHigh ownership, real support: You’ll lead the market launch with a global team backing you.
