Cross-functional Collaboration define business requirements propose analytical and process-based solutions promote best practices that drive digitalization support the automation of large-scale processes A/B Test Management For initiatives arising from your work, you will manage end-to-end A/B testing, from planning and execution to result analysis and final recommendations based on statistically reliable data. Data Governance & Quality focusing on Data Quality guiding teams toward a data- driven mindset ensuring accountability in the management of data used for future implementations Process Mapping You will be trained and equipped to map processes with the explicit goal of pinpointing areas where analytical or IT solutions can generate efficiency. Coordination with Central Teams You will also act as a key point of contact for the Process Analysts within the central structure, consolidating feedback on ongoing initiatives at HQ in Poland. Skills & Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Openness to new technologies and analytical tools Minimum B2 level of English Knowledge of SQL and basic coding practices (a strong advantage) KPI & Growth As an initial goal for 2026, you will be expected to design at least one impactful, proactive project per quarter , a target that will support your growth and help you build a solid footprint within the team.
