Your Responsibility & ImpactProcess Optimization & AutomationYour main objective will be to identify improvement opportunities, simplify workflows, and support automation in both analytical and operational areas.Cross-functional CollaborationBy working closely with teams across the organization, you will help:define business requirements,propose analytical and process-based solutions,promote best practices that drive digitalization,support the automation of large-scale processes.A/B Test ManagementFor initiatives arising from your work, you will manage end-to-end A/B testing, from planning and execution to result analysis and final recommendations based on statistically reliable data.Data Governance & QualityYou will contribute to strengthening good Data Governance by:focusing on Data Quality,guiding teams toward a data-driven mindset,ensuring accountability in the management of data used for future implementations.Process MappingYou will be trained and equipped to map processes with the explicit goal of pinpointing areas where analytical or IT solutions can generate efficiency.Coordination with Central TeamsYou will also act as a key point of contact for the Process Analysts within the central structure, consolidating feedback on ongoing initiatives at HQ in Poland.Skills & RequirementsStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeOpenness to new technologies and analytical toolsMinimum B2 level of EnglishKnowledge of SQL and basic coding practices (a strong advantage)KPI & GrowthAs an initial goal for ****, you will be expected todesign at least one impactful, proactive project per quarter, a target that will support your growth and help you build a solid footprint within the team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
