Role Description We are seeking a proactive and driven Outbound Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients both domestically and internationally, and driving growth through strategic outreach. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Qualifications 3 years of experience in a Business Development / Sales role within a SaaS company, OR 5 years of experience in a Business Development / Sales role within an enterprise company (in a different sector). Experience in international markets is a significant plus. Experience working in multicultural companies is highly desirable. Responsibilities Proactively identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting activities. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, both nationally and internationally. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey. Report directly to the Head of Sales and be an integral part of the Spoki sales team. Utilize your strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Step 1: Introductory Interview A first meeting to get to know you, your background, and your aspirations. Step 2: Technical Interview A deeper dive into your sales skills, outbound strategies, and how you would approach specific scenarios. Step 3: Interview with the CEO A final conversation to discuss Spoki's vision, values, and your potential role in our growth.
