Here’s what we offer: Day shifts Overnights Short shifts (2-3 hours) 12‑hour shifts Weekends Live‑in opportunities (coming soon—ask during your interview) Competitive Pay 2‑hour shifts: $25/hour 3‑hour shifts: $20/hour 4+ hour shifts: $16–$18/hour (based on client care needs and your experience) Great Benefits Weekly Pay: Every Friday, with Direct Deposit available Daily Pay: Access your earnings the same day you work through Tapcheck Paid Training: We provide orientation and training to set you up for success Mileage Reimbursement: Get paid for driving between clients CPR & Dementia Classes: Offered right in our office to help you grow your skills Caregiver Rewards Program: Earn gift cards, gas cards, and more for picking up shifts and receiving client compliments Your Role as a Caregiver Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and grooming Offering companionship and conversation to brighten their day Helping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safely Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation Providing medication reminders and personal care Transporting clients to appointments or errands What You’ll Need 1 Year of Experience in home care or a related field CPR Certification or willingness to get certified with us Valid Florida Driver’s License, Car Insurance & Registration Level 2 Background Check or willingness to complete one Availability: At least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each month Why Join HomeWell?
