Tasks: - Develop, implement and update the Site HSE Management System in line with company, Italian and external certification requirements - Monitor compliance with legal requirements - Develop and apply hazard identification and risk assessment to reduce the risks to ALARP - Support Site Manager on the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system - Undertake incident investigation, reporting, internal inspections and audits of HSE standards on site - Ensure medical examinations (incl. drug and alcohol testing, etc.) of all staff is carried out as appropriate - Undertake site HSE inductions and provides regular HSE training / information for new employees Qualifications 5+ years’ experience at site as HSE leader for Construction / Commissioning in large projects Degree in HSE or Engineering or an internationally recognized HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and best international practices Fluency in Italian and in English Communication, training and leadership skills Sound knowledge of Management systems (ISO 45001, SCC, ISO 14001).
