Bulgari, within the **High Jewelry Operations dept.** based in Rome, is searching for a **Site Facilities and HSE specialist**.

**Mission**:
**Main accountabilities**:

- Ensure the on-site coordination of the activities according to the Health, Safety and Environment Management System of the Jewelry Business Unit, with the aim of guaranteeing law compliance and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications, in alignment and strict collaboration with the HSE team of the JBU, in particular:

- participate, in collaboration with the RSPP and HSE & Facilities Manager, to the accomplishment of the relative fulfillments to the **Lgs. n. 81/08** and s.m.i. and of the **D.Lgs. n. 152/06** such as:

- Risk assessment and development of preventive and protective measures
- Staff training on health and safety
- Management of health surveillance in collaboration with the competent doctor
- Contractors' qualification management and DUVRI processing
- Approval of chemicals in use through risk assessment by safety sheet
- Update of the environmental authorisation processes (AUA) and organisation of the required analytical and monitoring activities
- Waste management
- Keep the HSE Management System active and updated according to ISO 45001 and 14001
- Collaborate with Employer, RSPP, Managers and Supervisors in spreading the Culture and Value of Occupational Health & Safety by supporting employee involvement in Behavioural Safety issues
- Collaborate with the team in projects for Environmental Sustainability, including internal communication of results and activities
- Work for the improvement of the facilities management of the production site, supporting the HSE and Facilities Associate Manager in developing procedures and control measures to ensure that the activities are carried-out in line with planning and respecting qualitative and economic targets and Cooperate with the team in the on-going activities, such as:

- collaboration with the team for planning the maintenance interventions as scheduled by maintenance plans;
- collaboration with the team for the verification of the activities carried out by maintenance and service providers, approval of the intervention summaries and storage of the information to be shared with F&A dept.,
- management of any extraordinary requests and fault reporting by internal customers;
- collaboration with Purchasers and the HSE & Facility Manager for the definition of technical specifications and contractual SLAs to be integrated in service and maintenance contracts, with possible support from external technical consultants;
- resolution of any observations or non-conformities detected during internal or third-party audits regarding maintenance activities and services;
- identification of any need for improvement or investment to be brought to the attention of management.

Profilo

**Qualification/Professional capabilities**:

- Degree in the field of H&S or Engineering;
- Previous experience in HSE or Site facilities in production contexts;
- Qualification as Safety and Prevention specialist “Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione ASPP (Mod. A, B)” according to D.Lgs. n. 81/08 is appreciated;
- Knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO14001 HSE management systems is appreciated;
- Knowledge of procurement processes and management of site services contracts is appreciated;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
- Fluency in Italian and English
