Over 12 months, you’ll be part of a high-impact program that prepares you to become a key player in our Operational Excellence team. You’ll drive real-world projects, and receive hands-on mentorship—while developing the leadership skills you’ll need to shape the future of manufacturing. And yes, once the program ends, you’ll have a spot in the team waiting for you.What Makes MAD Different?12-month graduate journey with a permanent position at the endLearn directly from the field through hands-on projects and daily collaboration with experienced colleagues, gaining real exposure to how our business operates across functions.Engage in inspiring conversations with business leaders and operational experts who will share insights on strategy, innovation, and the impact of ESG across our value chain.Strengthen your leadership skills through targeted training programs, designed to help you grow into a future leader with a responsible, impact-driven mindset.Build a strong internal network with the support of a dedicated buddy during your onboarding.Explore key ESG topics by participating in specialized training sessions led by our sustainability experts, covering topics such as circular economy, responsible sourcing, social impact, and ethical governance.A community of MAD graduates across functions and geographiesA clear mission: Make a Difference through Lean thinking and continuous improvementWhat You’ll DoBe an important player in our Lean Transformation, collaborating with teams across the plant to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.Lead and support project streams that directly impact plant performance (think: better OEE, smarter processes, and stronger teamwork).Use structured problem-solving to map, analyze, and optimize processes—your ideas might shape how we work.Help drive our Operational Excellence governance: from Gemba walks and visual KPIs to action-oriented meetings that keep us moving forward.Track and report progress on key initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities that matter to our customers and our business.Build strong partnerships across functions and contribute to our strategic roadmap.Connect the dots between operational KPIs and the plant’s P&L—because what you do will make a difference.What We’re Looking ForA degree in STEM, Economics, or equivalent experience.A recent graduate or someone with brief experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement.Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a big-picture view.A hands-on, can-do attitude—you love making things happen.Strong communication and collaboration skills—you influence without authority.LanguagesItalian: FluentEnglish: FluentSpanish/Portuguese: A big plusLocation & TravelBased in Arco (Trento)Occasional travel based on project needsWhat To ExpectYou’ll meet with our Head of Operational Excellence, HR, and Operations Director during the selection process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
