**Posizione**:
StartHub Consulting nell'ambito della DRW empower girls STEM supporta Dana nella ricerca di neolaureati o laureandi per la loro sede di **Arco (TN)**.

L’obiettivo finale, al termine dello stage, sarà quello di inserire la risorsa in azienda, in seguito ad un percorso di crescita strutturato.

Potrebbe inoltre esserci la possibilità di fare esperienza presso una delle nostre sedi estere.

**Obiettivi Formativi e Attività Svolte**:
Obiettivo dello stage è quello di apprendere i processi base che caratterizzano le attività all’interno degli enti amministrazione e reporting, controllo di gestione e preventivazione costi.

**Attività svolte**:

- Supportare l’Amministrazione nella preparazione delle chiusure mensili
- Supportare l’Head of Accounting nel coordinamento delle attività amministrative con SSO Lituania
- Supportare il Controllo di Gestione nelle analisi del Conversion Cost, Inventory, Capex e Sales reporting
- Collaborare con il Team Finance per garantire la completezza ed adeguatezza dei controlli SOX
- Partecipare all’implementazione del miglioramento continuo in ambito Finance secondo i target assegnati dalla direzione.

**Competenze Acquisite**:

- Apprendere i metodi amministrativi e contabili in una realtà modernamente organizzata, all’interno di un Gruppo multinazionale;
- Comprendere l’organizzazione del lavoro nell’ambito del reporting US GAAP e dell’applicazione della normativa SOX;
- Apprendere le nozioni di base per l’analisi dei costi e degli scostamenti delle varianze secondo un cost model predeterminato;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo di alcuni moduli del ERP SAP;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo del gestionale di reportistica HFM

**Requisiti**:

- Neolaureato / Laureando in Economia
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese
- Conoscenze di MS office
- Interesse ad operare in un ambiente dinamico, strutturato
