Order-to-Cash ManagerThe O2C Manager manages the order-to-cash financial cycle, ensuring accurate revenue management, compliance, and efficient SAP S/4HANA transition.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage O2C strategy, focusing on order management, invoicing, and collections.Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606) and OTC regulations.Lead O2C financial process redesign for SAP S/4HANA migration (SD, FSCM modules).Monitor financial KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy) and improve processes through automation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA preferred.7+ years of O2C experience ideally in consumer health, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA; CRM experience a plus.Strong knowledge of financial compliance in OTC operations.Proven leadership and virtual team management skills.Location: Rome (2 days smart working)
