The goal is to balance the service level with cost reduction to improve overall logistics flow. The role requires constant collaboration with departments like Production Planning, Purchasing, Research and Development, and Logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the accuracy of system master data for planning and warehouse management.Enter and update warehouse stock levels.Manage the Phase In and Phase Out of finished products and components.Verify and correct warehouse discrepancies, such as negative stock or inventory errors.Monitor warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including stock values and rotation indices.Periodically analyze slow-moving codes and manage corrective actions with other offices.Manage specific logistics flows, including returns and drop shipments.Manage periodic scrapping.Oversee cyclical and annual inventories.RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a similar field, or a technical diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic).At least two to three years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the HVAC, home appliances, or industrial machinery sectors.Excellent knowledge of Excel and Databases.Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.Teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.Good written and spoken English language skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
