Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.OUR OFFER FOR YOU:In order to sustain our rapid growth, we are looking for a “Grant specialist” to further enforce our “Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3)” team.Being part of the Gi3 team, you will:Build client relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their R&D, innovation and sustainability priorities and intellectual property (IP) strategy;Deploy your specialist knowledge on regional, national, and European cash grants by guiding your clients in the set-up of a grant strategy to support your clients’ ambitions;Provide hands-on assistance to your clients with the preparation and submission of regional, national, and European grant proposals;Monitor trends in regional, national, and European cash grants landscape and share your expertise knowledge with our team and clients;Develop new business for our service line by attracting new clients;Leverage and continuously grow your network with relevant internal and external stakeholders;Drive quality and productivity of your client engagement teams by managing and coaching your team members;Stay up to date with the most recent innovations, industry insights and business drivers within your area of expertise.WINNING REQUIREMENTSYou are a suitable candidate if:You have obtained a scientific or engineering master or PhD degree;You have, preferably, between 2 to 4 years of experience;You have gained at least 2 years of experience in the acquisition process of regional, national, and European cash grants, or in writing technical/scientific publications and reports in an academic, industrial and/or business consulting environment;You are interested in exploring latest developments and innovations within different industries;You are willing to develop your business acumen through extensive interactions with companies belonging to several industries, as well as with public authorities;You are able to translate very fuzzy ideas and visions into tangible deliverables;You have good analytical skills and you are pragmatic in your solutioning skills with an eye for quality;You are a client-oriented person with entrepreneurial skills;You are a proactive learner and adapt quickly in a fast moving environment;You are intellectually curious and want to work with clients who are developing innovative and state of the art technologies;You thrive in a consultancy environment and like working in a team;You have good communication skills and like to meet new people;You have excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on team growth;You’re fluent in English.ABOUT STUDIO TRIBUTARIO E SOCIETARIOLo Studio Tributario e Societario, Società tra Professionisti dedicata alla consulenza ed assistenza fiscale ad imprese e gruppi italiani ed internazionali, facente parte del network Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, è presente in Italia con sedi a Milano, Roma, Firenze, Torino, Genova, Bologna, Padova, Napoli e Catania.
