Responsibilities Promote and spread benefits messages of iCombi and iVario technology through RATIONAL Cooking Live culinary events Increase customer base through customer development within all food service market segments and applicable commercial market segments Development and expanding of efficient and long-term partner and dealer network Increase customer base via developing the Consultant/Designer network for specification Develop local activities on target group Regional Key Account and coordinate and support the Key Account team and Corporate Chef team Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service team to ensure the best support in their own region Be able to build a strong referral network Document customer-related information and activity within our Customer Relationship Management system Manage and grow territory volume by pursuing both identified opportunities and creating new opportunities Organize daily/weekly/monthly plan, work the plan and follow up Prepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and provide market analysis (sales, activities, dealers, competitors, …) Prepare and manage their region’s business plan and annual personal/regional sales budget Participation in Regional/National Trade shows and sales meetings. Responsible for local trade shows in their own area Coordination and implementation of all sales, products and marketing activities Pre- and after-sales activities of end-users (sales visits and unit introductions) Practical Background Experience as sous- or executive chef. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levels from corporate down through all levels, including good listening skills. Self-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented. Able to work independently and as a team player, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to solve problems, overcome objections, and influence others. Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to negotiate, leverage leads and close. Have experience setting budgets, creating plans to meet budgets, and working their plan. Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. Computer literate. Valid driver license. Willingness for overnight away-from-home travel up to 30% of time. Personal Qualities Team player. Passionate about food and cooking. Enthusiastic, flexible and structured. Entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to be innovative, adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking. Honest and professional personality to build customer relationships.
