We are looking for experienced sales managers to drive NEW business revenue.

**Job Description**:
We are looking to fill management positions in our sales department. Primary responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 3-5 motivated people
- Conduct daily call audits, proactively monitor KPIs and coach team to reach their objectives
- Create and improve processes, maintain and communicate procedures
- Interview and train new recruits for your team

**Qualifications**:

- For sales management: at least 2 years' experience in high ticket sales
- Languages required: Italian - native/bilingual proficiency; English - basic working proficiency
- Passion for financial markets or sales will put you ahead of the competition
