Who We AreAt Spoki, we are redefining the way companies communicate with their customers through innovative technology, 3x YoY growth, and the ambition to become a Unicorn.We provide Conversational Commerce tools that optimize marketing, sales, and customer support, making every interaction smooth, efficient, and personalized.With WhatsApp as our core channel and AI-powered solutions, our mission is to help millions of businesses grow through exceptional customer experiences.Joining Spoki means becoming part of a passionate and ambitious team, ready to scale globally, where innovation, meaningful conversations, and sustainable growth are at the heart of everything we do.CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot)Core StackCRM (mandatory) : HubSpot — Marketing Hub, Sales Hub; Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties / Objects, Lead Scoring, Attribution & Reporting.Automation (preferred) : Zapier, n8n and similar tools (e.g. Make, Pipedream, Workato).Channels : WhatsApp, email, SMS, web.As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the architect of our lifecycle journeys and the technical driver of retention, nurturing, and conversion.You will design, implement, and scale omnichannel flows on HubSpot, orchestrating automations with Zapier / n8n (and similar) when needed.Your mission will be to build a measurable CRM engine that boosts LTV, conversion rate, and the end‑to‑end customer experience.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Journey Design & GrowthDesign and maintain full‑funnel journeys (acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → win‑back) on WhatsApp, email, and SMS, native in HubSpot.Define dynamic segmentations (behavioral, RFM, intent) and lead scoring (demographic + behavioral), with SLA MQL→SQL in collaboration with Sales.Plan and execute A / B and multivariate tests on messaging, timing, channels, and incentives to optimize conversion and LTV.Automation & IntegrationsDesign and develop workflows in HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties / Objects, Deals / Pipeline automation).Orchestrate automations and integrations with Zapier and / or n8n using REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize CRM, data sources, and third‑party systems.Data, AI & AnalyticsBuild dashboards on key KPIs: deliverability, OR / CTR, stage‑based CVR, CAC payback, churn, LTV, retention cohorts.Integrate AI via APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for content personalization, predictive scoring, conversation analysis, and next‑best‑action.Ideal ProfileExperience & Skills (must‑have)HubSpot: hands‑on experience with Marketing / Sales Hub, Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties / Objects, Lead Scoring, Attribution / Reporting.Automation: strong operational knowledge of Zapier and / or n8n for complex workflows; familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.Omnichannel Messaging: best practices on WhatsApp, email, and SMS (content, timing, frequency management).Soft skills: problem‑solving, results‑orientation, attention to UX and copywriting; ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.Languages: excellent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience with similar tools: Make (ex Integromat), others.Basic knowledge of JavaScript for GTM, validations, and small extensions.What We OfferA key role in driving CRM‑led growth within a fast‑scaling global company.Working on site: San Vito dei Normanni, BRCompetitive compensation: €30,000–€40,000 gross / year, with possible performance‑based adjustments.Coaching & Mentoring: continuous 1 : 1 support and structured feedback sessions.Training: dedicated budget for courses, certifications (e.g. HubSpot), and events.Tech Gear: Apple MacBook Pro, Apple Keyboard, Apple Trackpad, 2nd widescreen monitor.Eligibility for the Spoki Stock Option Plan.Regular team‑building activities and celebration events.Access to cutting‑edge technologies and resources.Additional company perks (internal library, knowledge‑sharing, communities of practice).Our Hiring ProcessIntroductory call with the Hiring managerStructured interview and technical assessmentFinal meeting with the leadership team#J-18808-Ljbffr
