Job Description

Your Challenge

For LS&E Water & Membrane Solutions business unit, the Sales Manager is responsible to achieve sales goals of our primary and process water- treatment products portfolio, focused on French speaking countries.Working hand in hand with the Sales Director, Product Manager and Technical Team, within the European and North Africa territories, the Sales Manager will develop business to drive orders and profit margin for the primary and process water-treatment portfolio.Your challenge:Reach out to the market to develop new customers to generate inquiries, understand customer needs and applications to recommend the most suitable product and solution.Forecast customer/market trends for forward planning and monitor competitors’ activities in the specific market(s).Participate in the development of the sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and customer satisfaction for the specific country/region.Provide competition analysis and Pricing strategies on project basis. Company / Product Accreditation and PQ submissions to Consultants and Clients. Maintain long-term positive relationships with key customers/distributors/resellers through customer visits and providing consulting and support services on M+H Membrane Solution products. Manage the day-to-day sales operational activities for customers.

Your Profile

Education: University degree in a business discipline or engineering is nice to haveWork Experience: Minimum 5 years of relavant sales experience in the membrane business (manufacturing companies or system integrator)Required Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A thorough knowledge of applicable products, services and capabilities.Preferred Skills: Understanding of customer needs, both stated and unarticulated. Forward thinking, customer-focused, creative mind. Passion for excellence and a proven ability to succeed.Languages:  Excellent French and English.
