**Job Description**:
Your Challenge

At the Water and Membrane Solutions business unit, the Product Manager is responsible for the development of the segment strategy for water and wastewater treatment spirals (RO and NF membrane product family), with the aim of maximising the company's revenue growth and long-term profitability.

As expert of the Market, our PM analyzes and understands the market and how it will evolve, developing the global product portfolio roadmap and strategic priorities in alignment with global teams.

Monitors competition and explore new markets, channels and alliances locally and globally
Optimizes product profitability, assuming ownership for the pricing
Create strategies to win in the market, supporting Sales team defining the target market, the value proposition, target customer segmentation
Monitors and communicates portofolio performance success metrics and KPIs

Develops and execute marketing plans to create robust new product pipeline

Collaborates with R&D to generates innovative products and technologies

Participates in the S&OP process and provide regular sales updates and forecasts
Your Profile

**Education**: Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related

**Experience**: Min. 5 years experience in similar position gained in the international water technology industry. Previous experience as a Sales Manager and/or Technical Service Manager and/or Product Marketing greatly preferred

**Required Skills**: Deep knowledge of Membrane market and products in water&wastewater industry - SAP 4Hana and Salesforce tool familiar with

**Preferred Skills**: Critical thinking, ability to work with multifunctional teams

**Languages**: Excellent English and Italian

**Other**: Residence in Italy
- Availability to travel
