Job Description

Your Challenge

At MANN+HUMMEL Water & Membrane Solutions, we develop and market products used in a variety of markets and applications around the world. Our products improve planet life and enable customers to solve water and fluid challenges.At our site in Fano (Italy), reporting to the Plant Manager, as Operations Manager you will drive operational excellence to support the company's growth.Main Challenges:Strategic production planning and capacity optimisation by balancing volumes between workshops;Define industrial strategy to be implemented with new products;Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of plant facility;Ensure production volume, cost (material manpower and logistics), and

quality of product, production schedules, and supplying for customers a re met;Manage, coach and foster the related production's supervisor;Identify, facilitate and maintain the personnel training needs and development plan;Support and lead the implementation of the Group Production System.

Your Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, with specialisation in automotive, management, engineering or mechanical engineering.Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, and well structured company, in a similar role.Required Skills: Experience with Lean Manufaturing;Experience in mass production;Used to deal with aggressive deadlines in a fast growing environment;Good at Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel and, MS Project).Preferred Skills:Familiar with Total Quality Management;Familiar with HSE requirements in Production;Familiar with RO membranes application and construction.Languages:
