Il nostro Cliente, realtà metalmeccanica in forte crescita, ci ha commissionato la ricerca e selezione di : n. 1 HR Business Partner La figura, rispondendo alla proprietà, si occuperà disviluppare e implementare strategie HR che supportino la crescita aziendale, focalizzandosi su talent management, sviluppo organizzativo, recruiting e performance. Si occuperà inoltre di curare l'immagine e la cultura aziendale esterna, in particolare per quanto riguarda l'employer branding Requisiti Laurea in Risorse Umane, Economia, Comunicazione, Marketing o campo correlato. Un Master in HR Management o Comunicazione Digitale è un plus Esperienza pregressa (solitamente 3-5+ anni) come HR Generalist o HR Business Partner, con conoscenza approfondita delle best practice HR, della normativa del lavoro e della gestione delle relazioni con i dipendenti.
