Financial Controller (Categorie Protette – Art. 1 L.68/99) Per importante gruppo internazionale operante nei settori spazio, difesa e sicurezza, ricerchiamo un/a Financial Controller appartenente alle categorie protette (art. 1 L.68/99) da inserire all’interno della direzione Finance &, Controlling. La risorsa, inserita in un contesto strutturato e ad alta specializzazione tecnologica, supporter le attivit di controllo di gestione e di analisi economico-finanziaria, collaborando con il team Finance e con le diverse funzioni aziendali. Principali responsabilit : Supporto nella predisposizione di budget, forecast e analisi degli scostamenti, Elaborazione di report e dashboard a supporto delle decisioni strategiche, Monitoraggio dei KPI economici e finanziari relativi a costi, margini e performance dei progetti, Collaborazione con i reparti tecnici e amministrativi per la raccolta e validazione dei dati contabili, Partecipazione ai processi di closing mensile e trimestrale e supporto alla definizione di azioni di miglioramento. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini, Esperienza, anche breve, in controllo di gestione o business controlling, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o tecnologici complessi, Ottima conoscenza di Excel e dimestichezza con strumenti di analisi dati (es. Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx o simili), Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, Appartenenza alle categorie protette (art. 1 L.68/99). Completano il profilo: capacit analitiche, precisione, orientamento al risultato e propensione al lavoro di squadra.
