Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of client advisors and store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team that reflects the brand’s values and maintains our standards of excellence. Offer continuous coaching to refine product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and elevate customer service. Foster a positive, collaborative environment that drives engagement and encourages employees to perform at their best.
  2. Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement: Drive the store's sales success by implementing effective strategies that ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop tailored strategies to boost sales, enhance customer loyalty, and maximize profitability.
  3. Client Experience & Relationship Management: Ensure a world-class luxury shopping experience by maintaining the highest levels of service. Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients, offering personalized styling and exclusive services. Address customer concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring resolutions that reinforce the brand’s reputation. Implement clienteling programs to drive repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Director, or similar leadership role within luxury fashion or high-end retail.
  2. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and manage a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Skilled in analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and making informed, strategic decisions.
  5. Exceptional at clienteling and developing lasting relationships with high-profile clientele.
  6. Expertise in visual merchandising and creating an elevated in-store atmosphere.
  7. Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  8. Fluent in English and Italian.
