Prime ECS 360 Account Executive Local Government Public SectorApply for this role at Salesforce .Job OverviewAs part of the Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) 360 team, you will sell to government customers across the Italy region. You will grow and manage large Local Government Public Sector accounts, partnering with our Strategic Account Executives to evangelize the Salesforce vision and generate transactional growth. You will leverage the core Data & AI suite of our Citizen 360 platform, including Core, Digital, Mulesoft, Tableau and Slack offerings.ResponsibilitiesExceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCreate and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunitiesManage the end‑to‑end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources (Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, etc.)Contribute to account and sector strategy planningStrengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face‑to‑face meetingsOrganize and manage industry events and user groupsBuild campaigns to target new business growthEnsure forecast hygiene and accuracyGenerate new ideas to improve overall business performanceQualificationsAmbition and hunger to overachievePrevious exposure to the Italian public sector marketA large appetite for personal developmentPassion for public sector and motivation to change the world with technologyHighly collaborative with the ability to build trust across internal and customer stakeholdersProven experience of quota‑carrying sales and account management experience, preferably in the technology industrySuccessful history of new‑business sales, with consistent delivery against revenue targetsExperience managing and closing complex sales cyclesPrevious sales methodology training, CRM experience and strong customer referencesKnowledge and experience of the public sectorFluency in English and Italian requiredUniversity degree or equivalent through experienceOffice‑flexible presence required; role based in Salesforce Rome officeBenefits and Growth OpportunitiesHuge opportunities for personal and career growthWorld‑class training and development programmesDynamic, fun and ambitious work environmentExtra benefits: gym subsidy, travel scheme, education subsidy, pension, 7 volunteering days per yearSeniority levelNot applicableEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Business Development – Software Development, IT Services, IT Consulting, Technology, Information and InternetEqual Opportunity StatementSalesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non‑discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.
