We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Solutions Account Executive to join our Sales Team based in Milan or Rome. Responsibilities Own the entire sales strategy and execution for your key customers, including territory & account planning, pipeline & opportunity management, and forecasting. Help shape Adobe Customer Solutions into a digital marketing consultancy with end-to-end capabilities to propose complex digital marketing use cases. With your customers, build a vision of their Digital Transformation and our role to support it, growing into the role of a trusted advisor. Negotiate and contract consulting engagements with customers to implement Adobe Digital Marketing solutions and improve the business value from existing implementations, and drive the sales process until closure. Collaborate intensively with project delivery teams to facilitate the delivery of outcome-driven engagements that maximize customer value realization and ensure customer satisfaction through the achievement of customer business goals, turning each customer into a reference. Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in Sales with focus on the services business. Strong experience in performing sales planning and pipeline management. Proven experience in negotiating engagement pricing and contractual agreements. Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling and contracting to large enterprises. Developing and maintaining strong relationships at both C-level and functional levels. The highest work standards and structured methodologies. Ability to multi-task within tight time frames, and rapidly amend plans and tactics in response to changes in priority or situation. Detailed planning and control skills. Using internal resources and business partners to provide solutions to customers’ challenges. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of digital marketing or adjacent domains (e.g., CRM, e‑Commerce) and the ability to leverage AI and agentic AI innovations to accelerate and scale customer outcomes. Extensive and proven experience in Engagement Management, Project Management, and Consulting Management. Proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who focuses and commits.
