Synergie Italia, filiale di Roma, divisione specializzata #HOBE, seleziona per Hotel: COMMIS DE RANG - ROOM SERVICE - HOTEL 5 STELLE, ROMA CENTRO La risorsa si occuperà dell'aiuto al servizio in camera, svolgendo compiti di supporto al room service, con le seguenti mansioni: Portare le ordinazioni ai clienti in camera, aiutare a preparare le attrezzature e mantenere l'ordine e la pulizia, seguendo le direttive dello staff; Consegnare le ordinazioni: trasportare cibi e bevande richieste dai clienti all'interno delle camere Aiutare nella preparazione degli ordini, nel caricamento dei carrelli e nella messa in ordine dei materiali prima del servizio; Fornire assistenza ai clienti per le richieste; Pulizia e riordino; Stiamo cercando candidati motivati, dinamici, con passione nel settore e che abbiano voglia di mettersi in gioco, risorse pronte a gestire situazioni di stress e possibili difficoltà relative alla clientela. Si richiede esperienza nel settore; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, conoscenza della normativa igienico, sanitaria e degli standard di qualità e sicurezza sul lavoro. Buone doti organizzative, senso dell’ordine, puntualità, riservatezza, discrezione, capacità di lavorare in team sono qualità fondamentali per il buon svolgimento del lavoro. L’attività lavorativa si svolge su turni dal lunedì alla domenica quindi i candidati devono essere disponibili anche per giorni festivi e weekend.
