REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending or bar service experience, preferably within a lodge, hotel or hospitality environment
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• Friendly, professional and well presented
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and maintain service standards
• Reliable, flexible and guest-focused

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide professional and friendly service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and ordering
• Ensure correct storage and handling of beverages
• Maintain responsible alcohol service standards
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Ensure bar equipment and glassware are kept clean and in good condition
• Assist with general food and beverage service when required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction
