At Danfoss Drives, we are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Service organization in Italy.

In this role, you will coordinate service requests from initial customer contact through to resolution, working closely with customers, service engineers, sales teams, and our international Drive Centers.

You will also have the opportunity to shape and develop this role, improving service processes, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and CRM, ensuring proper registration, follow-up, and resolution.
• Coordinate service activities across technical support, service teams, sales, and local or international Drive Centers.
• Support the preparation of repair quotations and service offers.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Monitor service requests, priorities, and timelines to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and support service sales growth.

Technical responsibility remains with the relevant service engineers, technical support teams, and Drive Centers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, service coordination, or technical support within an industrial or technical environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to understand technical topics and collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM or service management tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach, with a drive for continuous improvement and commercial awareness.

Compensation & Benefits (ITA)

• Contract Type: Permanent Contract
• Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (cod. CNEL H011)
• Annual Gross Salary Range: €40,000 - €45,000
• Bonus Scheme: Variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company and/or individual performance.
• Salary Review: Conducted annually, based on individual performance and overall company results.
