Specialista Senior / Project Manager
Join Bosch Sensortec's international semiconductor team as a Digital Verification Engineer to verify advanced mixed-signal and SoC ASICs. You will build scalable verification environments, apply cutting-edge techniques, and collaborate across global locations. You’ll influence product reliability and bring ideas from concept to production. This role offers exposure to AI-assisted workflows and state-of-the‑art verification practices aligned with a culture of innovation and quality.

- Design and develop scalable verification environments to enable first silicon bring-up
- Apply functional and formal verification methodologies to validate digital designs
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple international locations
- Participate across the full product lifecycle from concept to qualification
- Document and improve verification processes and best practices
- 5+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in advanced verification methodologies (UVM, formal, directed)
- Experience with verification environments for complex Mixed‑Signal or SoC designs
- Hands‑on with modern simulation, verification, and EDA tools
- Analog/mixed‑signal modeling techniques (wreal, MATLAB/Simulink, SystemC)
- Power‑aware verification and UPF
- Scripting in Python or Tcl; AI‑assisted verification is a plus
- Degree (Dipl./M.Sc.) in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent with outstanding results
