Job Description:Responsibilities

The candidate will support the office management team in charge of HR, Financial, and Legal activities of the subsidiary.

Mission
  1. Support and promote the Group's HR policies (compensation & benefits, training, evaluation, etc.).
  2. Support newcomers' onboarding and provide them with all the necessary environment for their job.
  3. Support meetings organization for the different teams.
  4. Ensure Internal Group communications are released and understood within the site.
  5. Support the team to ensure compliance with the local legal framework.
  6. Collect and follow up training requests in collaboration with the Training Center.
  7. Support internal events organization in accordance with Group policies (thematic, budget, etc.).
  8. Be available for managers and collaborators for any HR issue. Relay to the HRBP or HR department when needed.
Financial and Legal Activities
  1. Guarantee the reliability of our commercial contracts and our website's provisions.
  2. Manage clients' requests in legal matters and relay to the Group's legal department when needed.
  3. Support the office manager with requests from local authorities.
  4. Validate customer payments in our internal tools.
  5. Manage internal queries from customers using the company customer service tools.
  6. Support internal cost control aligned with the administrative and office management process.
  7. Support the team with documentation related to office compliance with fiscal and legal Italian regulations.
  8. Management of customer refunds.
  9. Facilitate the travel of team members, including the use of internal tools, planning, booking, and reimbursement of expenses according to internal procedures.
  10. Support the whole purchasing process in the correct use and performances with the company tool.
SkillsTechnical Skills
  • Interest / Experience in administrative activities.
  • Interest / Experience in Human Resources management appreciated.
  • English or French would be a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good management of stress, time, and priorities.
  • Organizational skills.

The position is reserved for candidates enrolled in the "Lista delle categorie protette" (L.68/99).
